Hi all, I'm using the Sophos console to organise clients into folders, the console is version 188.8.131.52 and the endpoints are v10.0.10 The console consistently reports that 70% of the clients are different from the set policy, I've tried Right Click Update All Policies etc and forcing the client manually using the following: Stop Agent Delete Files From C:\Program Data\Sophos\Remote Management System\Agent\Adapter Storage\ Start Agent Note: This does work so far as it downloads the new policies from the server, but it still appears in the console as Differs From Policy Which doesn't work either, any ideas?Title: Configuring and Troubleshooting Sophos Anti Virus Applies to: Users of Sophos Anti Virus Section: Network Services Author: Network Technician Last updated: 20 October 2015 The University of Regina has licensed a number of Sophos antivirus products for use starting mid July of 2010.This document describes the installation and/or upgrade of the Sophos Antivirus (SAV) product. The Uof R has licensed Sophos Antivirus for Windows 95/98/ME, Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Windows 7, and OS X systems (10.6 and above) to be available for use on University owned equipment, including Evergreen machines, Evergreen opt-out equipment, machines purchased with APEA funds or any other Windows or Macintosh systems purchased with University funds.
